Tax File Number If you intend to work in australia. We recommend applying for a TFN (tax file number). Without a TFN you will pay the highest income tax rate.
International students are eligible to work 20 hours per week during semester and with no time restrictions during the semester break. Students will need the work permit granted which can be obtained from the department of immigration and citizenship.
